Preserving a Legacy of Peace

The Kiriji Heritage Conservation Foundation is a cultural, historical, and developmental organization dedicated to preserving the legacy of the Kiriji War and the 1886 peace treaty that reunited the Yoruba people. We are transforming that history into a living landscape for peace dialogue, heritage tourism, cultural exchange, and sustainable development. The vision of this group is the existing Kiriji Memorial as the epic city: Emerging urban vibrancy guided by outstanding cultural, political, social, & economic history.
